- 24 hours’ notice required: Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no cost.
- Late cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session rate.
- No-shows: Missed sessions without notice are charged in full.
- Rescheduling: We will always do our best to offer an alternative time where possible.
- Emergencies: Unexpected situations happen. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you.
- Consecutive cancellations: Cancelling three consecutive sessions will result in relinquishing your tutoring time slot.
Payment for missed sessions must be received before subsequent sessions can be booked.
